Q. Where can I purchase Support Notes? Are there any other sites that I am able to purchase through?
A. You can purchase Support Notes via this site by clicking on the buy button which will take you through the process.
XerCom currently uses PayPal for it's payment method.
Q. Do I need a PayPal account in order to buy Support Notes?
A. No. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to buy Support Notes. All you need is a credit card.
Q. When will I receive my registration code?
A. Your registration code should auomatically be emailed to you within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your registration after 2 hours please contact XerCom support.
Note: Please check your email spam folder to make sure your registration code has not been filtered.
Q. What is the upgrade policy for Support Notes?
A. All point releases such as 1.x are free to registered users. All major releases, such as version 1.x to 2.x, will require an upgrade fee to be paid. Typically upgrade costs are 50% of the current retail price.
Q. Is there a trial version of Support Notes and if so, how long does last for?
A. Yes - There is a fully functional 15 day trial version available for download.
Q. What happens when the trail version expires?
A. When the 15 day trial period is over you must purchase a valid registration code through this site in order to access the Support Notes database. You can also purchase a Support Notes registration code at any time during the trial period.
